ReneSola Power relies primarily on trade secrets, employee contractual protections and other contractual restrictions to establish and protect our intellectual properties and proprietary rights. All of our personnel have entered into confidentiality agreements with us. These agreements address intellectual property protection issues and require our employees to assign to us all of the inventions, designs and technologies that they develop when utilizing our resources or when performing their employment-related duties. We recognize the importance of patent and intellectual right protection and would like to prevent risks in this regard.
We filed trademark registration applications with the PRC Trademark Office, UK Intellectual Property Office, European Union Intellectual Property Office, and United States Patent and Trademark Office. As of the date of this annual report, we have been granted the trademarks of “ ”in the PRC for Category 35, 40 and 42 under the International Classification of Trademarks and for Category 40 and 42 under the International Classification of Trademarks in US, UK, and Europe.
